ILD Support Information

Please contact ILD Field Support for assistance with lock cylinders, keys, bolt information, and replacement parts.  If your ILD key guide shroud (silver tube) does not move smoothly, or the key guide shroud is stuck open or closed, please contact the ILD Support Team for a replacement key guide. 

Use this ILD Service/Key Replacement Request form to send in your ILD for service or request a key replacement.  Type directly in the fields on the request form, print it, and sign it.  Ship the ILD and/or the keys and the form to the address specified in the form.  Contact the DoD Lock Program if you have questions.
