ABOUT MOBILE UTILITIES SUPPORT EQUIPMENT

The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Mobile Utilities Support Equipment (MUSE) Division provides specialized, easily transportable equipment for temporary support of utility and critical power systems, including highly skilled U.S. Navy Seabee technicians to provide technical assistance and training. MUSE provides power plants, transformers, substations, and technical expertise to support utility short falls at DoD locations worldwide. This program offers qualified Sailors advanced technical training, skills, and valuable hands-on experience in the Critical Power field.
