The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Expeditionary Programs Office (ExPO) Systems Engineering (SE) Division has the roles of establishing the technical requirements for all engineering work; managing the engineering community such that disciplines, capabilities, qualifications, and other relative elements are in place to support these requirements; and apply SE principles to the engineering domain of the program, while advising ExPO on the application of these principles outside that domain.
