The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Expeditionary Programs Office (ExPO) Procurement Division is responsible for purchasing, shipping and receiving. This division lead is dually hatted as the ExPO deputy (military), and both oversees and coordinates assignment and workload priorities, assures quality of work performed, and guides staff in implementing and following overall business line policies and procedures for their respective duties.
