The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Expeditionary Programs Office (ExPO) Expeditionary Maintenance Division (EMD) provides maintenance and support services to the U.S. Navy through the Expeditionary Maintenance Centers, located in Port Hueneme, California, and Gulfport, Mississippi. The EMD provides planning, resource management, work inductance, and quality assurance for intermediate level planning and corrective maintenance, including supporting engineering efforts and materiel solutions alterations. Additionally, the EMD serves as a broker for contracted services in support of these activities.
