The Business and Financial Management Division within the Expeditionary Programs Office (ExPO) is comprised of two branches, which manage business and financial information. The Financial Management Branch spans the planning, programming, budgeting and execution life cycle within the program objective memorandum requirements: budget, execution, and reporting. The Business Processes and Expeditionary Information Technology Branch includes process management, business support systems requirements and functions, and the use of expeditionary information technology systems.
As the business and financial community manager for ExPO program analysts, this division is responsible for providing guidance, tools, processes, intellectual capital, and facilitating hiring actions for ExPO.
