are intended for high level tell-tale manipulation or surreptitious action.
The padlocks are for use ashore and aboard ocean going vessels, indoors, or outdoors if semi-protected by a structural overhang similar to eaves or a lean-to.
These padlocks have changeable combinations, typically using a change key.
