New Professionals Program (NPP)

The NAVFAC EXWC New Professionals Program (NPP) is designed for recent graduates within two years of completing a degree or graduates with less than two years of related work experience to be trained and mentored as STEM professionals.

New Professionals will work closely with senior personnel on challenging and rewarding projects, where they will make key contributions and gain invaluable experience. NPP is a developmental program with training, built-in career growth, rotations, and mentorship opportunities. Upon successful completion of the program, New Professionals will land a professional-level role at NAVFAC EXWC, where they will continue to thrive with a full toolbox.
